The Gaya Island Resort is located in Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park, accessible only by boat, approximately 6,5 km from Kota Kinabalu, Saba. It is a 10 minute speedboat ride from Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal. Jesselton Point is a 20 minute drive from Kota Kinabalu International Airport (approximately 15 km). The facilities and services include 24 h reception, event and meeting facilities, library, gift shop, restaurants and bars, outdoor pool, sun terrace and gardens. It also features a gym and Spa with a variety of treatments (with extra charge). The villas and suites are equipped with A/C, TV, WiFi, desk, safe, minibar, balcony/terrace, bathroom with bathtub/shower and hairdryer. Laundry service is available (with extra charge). PLEASE NOTE - A conservation fee of RM20 is applied to each guest, including children, for every night of stay by Sabah Parks, an organisation set up as the caretaker of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park conservation triangle.
