During your stay, you’ll enjoy a range of healthy meals, daily yoga, yoga nidra meditation, sound healing and more. All meals are included. The small group of guests will dine together, enjoying local and organic produce from the Bangalow Market. And, while wine will not be supplied, visitors are welcome to BYO.&nbsp;

As part of Mana Yoga Retreats, there are a range of accommodation types to suit friends, couples and individuals. This includes twin share rooms, cottage queen rooms or hinterland private rooms.&nbsp;
As well as a gorgeous studio, for a small group of visitors to spread out and relax. It features a separate tearoom, bathroom, and is equipped with high quality props, however we do ask that you bring your own mat at this time.&nbsp;
When you’re not relaxing on the property you can wind down in the pool or hot tub.
